                                                EASY CHICKEN FRY.




INGREDIENTS:

Chicken(Boneless): 1Kg
Maida: 3-4 tsp
Cornflour: 2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Soya -sauce:2 tsp
Chilli-sauce: 2 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
1 egg
Salt
Chilli Paste: 2 tsp
                     Method: Marinate the chicken pieces in all the above ingredients.Marinate this for 2-3 hrs. Refrigerate it.When it comes to room temperature deep fry and serve hot.

palak cheese mushroom on toast.....

you will require........

1bunch palak
3-4 ONIONS
1 packet fresh mushrooms..
10-11 garlic de-skinned and finely chopped
few bread slices
black pepper powder
oregano
salt 
3-4 SP BUTTER
cheese cubes
chilli flakes


METHOD--

Blanch palak leaves in water,finely chop and keep aside.Take a non -stick pan ..add butter then add chopped garlic saute for 2 min den add onions...saute well then add chopped mushrooms saute well add salt(lesss at  first )then add black pepper powder oregano and finally add blanched and chopped palak.
spread dis mixture on the bread grate cheese place it on the tawa cover lid and roast till cheese melts.........serve ...dis with dash of chilli flakes and oregano if required.

palak-2-3 bunches
3-4 onons
4-5 sp wheat flour
3 cups rice soaked
dry red chillies6-7
2sp whole raw dhaniya seeds
1-2 sp raw jeera seeds
5-6 garlic
1 sp haldi
3 sp til seeds

METHOD-
                  Wet grind soaked rice,dhana,jeera,red chillies,haldi and lasun in a grinder.Pour dis batter in a large bowl...add finely chopped onions.palak , wheat flour ,til ,salt,haldi...add h2o if req.make like dosa batter.Make teplas by hand or spoon.roast on both side with ghee till crisp.
